We have a crisis hiding in plain sight. Foster Care.
But there's hope.

FOSTERING HOPES

Our mission is to improve the lives and lifelong outcomes of children in foster care. We do this through three main programs; Recruitment, Camp and Housing.

What We Do

Every community in the United States faces major challenges associated with our foster care system. Problems that have both short-term and long-term implications.

50%

of all homeless adults have spent time in foster care.

70%

girls in foster care will become pregnant before the age of 21.

60%

of sex trafficked people are current or former foster youth.

Our Fundamental Belief

When a child enters foster care, they have the right to stay in their home community. This includes the right to stay in their school and maintain key, positive relationships.

Entering foster care is a traumatic experience.

Fostering Hopes aims to lessen the burden children carry. We do this through our core programs - Camp, Housing, and Recruitment.

We believe when the community works together, we can provide the support to children and families they so desperately need.
